If this is the first time NewsBin has been installed on this machine, you will not receive any upgrade options and the Installer will begin the installation after you select your installation folder.
Otherwise a default folder will be listed, which you can change if you like. If an older version of NewsBin (Version 5 series only) is installed, then the current installation folder will be listed. The next screen gives you the option to select an installation folder.
